Bengaluru Rural & Urban District		 Adjoining the Kempegowda International Airport, Hi-Tech, Defence & Aerospace Park is developed in an total extent of 2980.00 acres. The Industrial Area is about 9.00 KMs from NH-7 & it is 31 KMs from Bengaluru City. The Industrial Area is also connected to Railway Station which is about 9.00 KMs (Dodda Jala). In the Industrial Area multi line access road, underground cable for power supply and street lights with dual water supply pipeline for potable and tertiary treated water. Doddaballapura, Bengaluru Rural District		 Apparel Park 1st & 2nd Phase is Doddaballapura, Bengaluru Rural District developed in an extent of 452 acres. It is located about 5 Km from Doddaballapur which is 38 Km from Bengaluru via Yelahanka (NH-7 & SH-9). The nearest Airport Kempegowda International Airport is about 22 Km and Railway station is located quite opposite to the Industrial Area. In the Industrial Area multi line access road, underground cable for power supply and street lights with water supply pipeline is provided. In addition to this CETP is established at Apparel Park 1st Phase. The prominent industries such as M/s. BRFL, M/s. Ever Blue, M/s. Text Port are located. In addition to this fashion institute of Technology is functioning in the Industrial Area. The Central Government is sponsored Doddaballapur Integrated Textile Park is also located. 3 Obedanahalli Industrial Area,
Doddaballapura, Bengaluru Rural District		 Obedanahalli Industrial Area, Doddaballapura, Bengaluru Rural District is located adjacent to the Apparel Park Industrial Area in an extent of 696 Acres. In this Industrial Area all basic infrastructure facilities is provided. This industrial area is best suited for establishing General Industries.
4. Narasapura Industrial Area, Jakkasandra Industrial Area, Vemgal Industrial Area, Kolar District.
  • Narasapura Industrial Area is developed in an extent of 700.75 acres. The industrial area is abutting the NH-4 is about 15 Km from Kolar town and 55 Km from Bengaluru city. The Nearest Airport Kempegowda International Airport is 32 Km from industrial area. The industrial area is connected to Railway Station at Kolar & Malur which are 15 Km away on either side of the industrial area. In the Industrial Area multi line access road, underground cable for power supply and street lights with dual water supply pipeline for potable and tertiary treated water. The existing substation is upgraded to 32 MW for uninterrupted power supply and also KIADB is planning to construct 220/66/11 KV Sub Station in this industrial area. The distance between Bengaluru via Hoskote (NH-4) to Malur (SH-95) is about 51 Km. The nearest Airport Kempegowda International Airport is 48 Km. The distance between Bengaluru via Doddaballapur to the industrial area (SH-9) is 87 Km and from Chikkaballapur via NH 234 & SH-9 is 45 Km. The near Railway Station is located about 10 Km from the Industrial Area. The nearest Airport is Kempegowda International Airport is 53 Km. This proposed Industrial Area is about 28 Km from the Narasapura Industrial Area. The Chintamani Town which is having a Railway station is about 12 Km from the Industrial Area.
